Call Center / Department Hours : 8am-11pm
Days of Week Required : Monday to Saturday, Sundays as required
Minimum Hours per Week : 30 Hours
Pay Rate: $11.80 per hour plus $1.25 per hour bilingual premium

Responsibilities:
This is an outbound customer service role performing outbound call surveys to dealers and existing customers.
The Campaign Representative will use scripted questions and enter responses into CRM database.
The primary focus of the representative is to retain and manage customer relationships while at the same time enhancing customer
loyalty during all involvement with the customer.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Knowledge: High School Graduation or equivalent. General knowledge of windows- based applications.
Experience / Skill: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer service environment. Must be fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
